Shy, quirky girl looking for playful, affectionate "best friend."
"People need warmth, affection, and to be held as much as they need sunlight."To be blunt, I want a good friend who likes touching. All of my "huggy" friends moved away, leaving me lonely, bored, and worst of all, uncuddled. I love tender embraces, cuddling up to watch television, having my hair played with, holding hands. I'm not looking for sex and I'm not just looking for a snuggle buddy; I'm looking for more of an intimate friendship, if that makes sense. I'd prefer someone who's feminine and relatively thin. (I'm both, and I feel a twinge of guilt for being shallow.) I'm notably bouncy and playful, talkative, very giggly, and tidy.
I like shopping -- I'm the only person that I know who looks forward to grocery shopping! -- baking and cooking, photography, television shows (far too much), reading (occasionally), board games with friends, and walking. (I also spent five minutes trying to figure out if I needed a comma after "shopping," or if parenthetic dashes in a list are verboten altogether. And then I wondered if using words like "parenthetic" and "verboten" makes me sound like a snob, but decided to keep them because they're the sorts of words that I use. I'm nerdy like that.) I like thinking about technicalities, sexual psychology, and law. I spend a decent amount of my free-time reading briefs and opinions in interesting court cases; reading well-argued positions intrigues me. (I promise that I'm not dull!) I'm not a "party" person and aside from the occasional drink, I don't do drugs. (Or smoke.)
I'm also a male-to-female transsexual. I'm at a point now where everyone "reads" me as a woman at first glance; I'm basiy just a normal, slightly tall girl who has to take these little greenish-blue pills every morning and who has a lot of insight into gender psychology...
